A very popular trek route for those who has only a short duration of Stay in Leh and, wants to do a trek not so strenuous. You pass through three passes of 3800 mtrs. only. After every accent you have an oasis alike villages.The Sham Valley (lower Ladakh or west of Ladakh) has a rich culture, heritage and centuries old monasteries, and much more green then rest of Ladakh. Our Guide will alway make a visit to some of the local house to interact and assimilate local wisdom and way of life, beside you can try some the Ladakh authentic cuisine and drinks.  Overnight stay can be either with a local family or tented accommodation. One can spend over in family Homestay Guest house to explore the traditional life style of Ladakh.

Day 1. Fly from Delhi to Leh to Saspol 

Day  3: Trek from SASPOL - YANGTHANG 4 hours.

Day  4:  Trek from YANGTHANG - HEMIS-SHUKPACHAN - 4 hours.

Day 5: Trek from HEMIS-SHUKPACHAN -TINGMOSGANG - 4 hours.

Day 6:  Drive back to Leh / Saspol.

Day 7: Fly Leh to Delhi and connecting flight to your home country. Trek End!

Day 1. Fly from Delhi to Leh to Saspol 

Day 2. Saspol Cave and trek around Village

Day  3: Trek from SASPOL - YANGTHANG 4 hours.
From the village the trekking path descends into a narrow gorge. Follow the trail along the bare hill down the village upto Sumda in the next valley.  Follow the path on the left side till you reach Yangthang village o/n home-stay

Day  4:  Trek from YANGTHANG - HEMIS-SHUKPACHAN - 4 hours.
Continue your journey towards west to the village through a narrow gorge and then climbing a pass to Hemis-shukpachan. o/n home-stay

Day 5: Trek from HEMIS-SHUKPACHAN -TINGMOSGANG - 4 hours.
The path to Tingmosgang passes through a wide valley past several big stupas. Take the path sloping down the south upto the bottom of the valley and again start climbing up from the valley along the northern slope of the valley till you reach the top of the Maptak-la. Continue along a gentle slope down to Tingmosgang. Visit Tingmosgang Palace and the monastery over a hillock. There is another small Gonpa called Tseskarmo inside a valley extending to the North along a narrow valley up from the village. This monastery is unique in its location and tranquil surroundings. o/n home-stay

Day 6:  Drive back to Leh/Saspol.
After breakfast drive back to Leh, enroute visit Lamayuru Monastery. Reach Leh by evening. Overnight at Leh town / Saspol.

Day 7: Fly Leh to Delhi and connecting flight to your home country. Trek End!

Terms & Conditions:  100% payment to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation. 50% Cancellation charges if the trek & tour is cancelled within 40 days before the tour. - No refund if the trek or tour is cancelled after starting or middle of the trek or tour. Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks or any factors beyond control.
