In addition one can find the arts and handicrafts in the local markets and villages perfectly breathtaking and inspiring.

Day 1.  Srinagar  to Lamayuru

 Day 2. Lamayuru to Alchi / Saspol

Day 3. Alchi to Leh

Day 4. Leh to Nubra Valley

Day 5. Nubra to Leh

Day 6. Leh to Pangong

Day 7. Leh to Delhi

Day 1.  Srinagar  to Lamayuru:

After breakfast leave for Kargil via Sonamarg (Also known as “Meadow of Gold”), Drass Village (Second coldest inhabited place in the world). Enjoy the spectacular view of the famous peaks of Kargil War 1999 (Tiger Hill, Tololing) on the way. Enroute visit Mulbek which has a giant Buddha sculpture on “Rock Mountain” evening reach at Lamayuru. Overnight stay at Lamayuru in Hotel/Guest-house.

 

Day 2. Lamayuru to Alchi / Saspol :

After breakfast visit Lamayuru Monastery and (also known as “Moon land”) ,which has landscapes like moon land.   Leave for Alchi and feast your eyes on the beautiful vistas of   Ladakh on the way. Reach Saspol by evening and visit Alchi Gompa(the only monastery in Ladakh on ground floor). Overnight stay at Saspol in Hotel / Guest-house.

 

Day 3. Alchi to Leh :

After breakfast leave for Leh, enroute visiting Saspol / Likir Monastery, Magnetic Hill, Sangam (confluence of Indus and Zanskar rivers), Pathar Sahib Gurdwara, Spituk monastery and Hall of Fame museum. Reach Leh by evening. Overnight stay at Leh in Hotel/Guest-house.

Day 4. Leh to Nubra Valley:

      Early morning  after breakfast leave for Nubra Valley (Valley of flowers) via         Khardungla (18,380 ft, highest motorable road in the world). Visit  Diskit monasteries. Overnight stay at Hunder in Camp.

 Day 5. Nubra to Leh:

Enjoy the Bactrian camel safari in the sand dunes of Hunder. Drive back to Leh with sweet memories of Nubra Valley. Overnight stay at Leh in Hotel/Guest-house.

      Day 6.   Leh to Pangong:

Early morning after breakfast leave for Pangong  lake(14599 ft) via Chang-la Pass(17,350 ft, third highest motorable road in the world). Enjoy the picturesque landscape of the Changthang plateau on the way. Experience the bliss of the beautiful color-changing Panagong Lake and Spot the 3-Idiot point. Drive back to Leh. Overnight stay at Leh in Hotel/Guest-house.

   Day 7.  Leh to Delhi:

Transfer to airport and fly back to Delhi with Sweet Memories of Ladakh. Tour end!
